Response to Scottish Government consultation on National Good Food Nation Plan - April 2024

The Scottish Government are consulting on the details of their first National Good Food Nation Plan.
The consultation covers the content of the first national Good Food Nation Plan and asks for views on the national Good Food Nation Outcomes; ways of measuring progress; and how different groups envision life in a Good Food Nation.
The Scottish Obesity Alliance brought members together to respond to the consultation. In our response, we comment on each of the Outcomes set out within the Plan, outlining where we think they have improved and strengthened, including recommendations on additional targets and indicators to be included in future versions of the Plan.
The consultation closes on 22nd April.
